Where to watch Star Trek: Lower Decks
Star Trek: Lower Decks is the first Star Trek series focusing on the support crew of the starship instead of the command crew as we use to see. Not only that, Star Trek: Lower Decks is an animated comedy series set in lower decks of the U.S.S. Cerritos in the year 2380. The main characters are Ensign Mariner, Ensign Boimler, Ensign Tendi, and Ensign Rutherford who have to maintain their duties and social lives on the starship through a multitude of sci-fi anomalies.
Star Trek: Lower Decks streams on Paramount+ (formerly called CBS All Access) in the U.S. and on CTV Sci-Fi Channel and Crave online in Canada on Thursday, August 6th, 2020 and the series runs for 10 consecutive weeks, which each new half-hour episode will arrive every Thursday. It has been announced by Amazon that Star Trek: Lower Decks will be available on Amazon Prime Video in the U.K., Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, and more on January 22nd, 2021. The 2nd season of Star Trek: Lower Decks will premiere on August 12, 2021, on the same channels across the world.
